Staff was very friendly! Unfortunately our room was very dusty and dirty. There were earplugs, whitening strips, sunglasses and other personal belongings from someone left in the room. Black smudges on the walls and pillows on the sofa had stains. It didnt look like the room had had even a simple dusting in a couple weeks, even the papers left for guests had dust.
