They are renovating and all the fire doors are open - no one was at desk when I went to ask a question - note said use lobby phone - there was not a phone - no choice for coffee pods - they have used a deodorizer in room that was offensively strong - staff was like no one else complained - well I am

We had an issue with the room when we checked in, they got us into an identical room immediately no questions no hassle. The breakfast was great - eggs, meat and biscuits and gravy as well as all the typical continental breakfast fare and even fresh pancakes. Ice machines were mostly down but they had signage to get to the working machine. Hot tub was down but the pool was open.

The hotel is renovating and they had crew working from 8am - 4pm. This meant we had to leave our door open the entire time. It was inconvenient and not communicated effectively on what they required of their guest during their stay. If we had known we wouldn’t have proceeded with our stay.

Hotel is being renovated, but nothing was mentioned online about it. The renovation included the pool, which is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Because we booked with expedia, they were unable to give us a refund unless we called Expedia and did it that way. We decided to not ask for a refund and just dealt with it this time. The front desk recommended to check the hotels main site as 3rd party sites don't share the latest news on the hotels status.

Big Disappointment!

Under construction! No pool, no spa, no elevator! Had to drag suitcase up to the second floor. We’d been driving all day- over 9 hours and we were exhausted. We were told at check in we could book a different hotel if we wanted. I was too tired to go through the hassle.

Horrible and unsafe

It was fine until 3:00 in the morning I went outside and came back to my room to see that our door don’t close all the way and it didn’t latch! I immediately woke up my husband and we packed up and checked out! Told the person at the front desk and he didn’t act like he cared! My husband is disabled and we reserved a king size bed and received two queen beds! I’m very unhappy with my stay!

Overall

Overall it was a nice new room. However there was no hair dryer and leak inthe sink. The jacuzzi was broken and the pool was freezing. Im sure once construction is done it be better.

Did not know the property was undergoing renovations. Can’t even go in the front door, flooring being replaced, dusty and tripping hazards. The renovation warning is on the hotel website but Expedia did not pass that along to us. Had we known before had we would not have stayed here.
