Motel 6 does NOT have a free cancellation policy. I recently had to cancel a reservation, and they actually asked I submit bank records showing I didn't get my money returned. It's now two weeks later, and they're still refusing to return my money
the toilet was broken when I checked in the front desk lady was clueless about her rooms I asked for a ground floor she said they were full but the next morning i woke up it was empty that was 6:30am so I would assume they were all put off from the Holiday so the customer suffers
