The front desk staff was excellent. Always kind and pleasant. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair on my bathroom floor around the toilet area and on my sink when we arrived. The tv remote was sticky, felt grimy. The place was quiet, perfect location and not too big. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. I would not stay there again unless they did a few upgrades. We are not the type of people to complain so I just kept my shoes on in the room. I was comfortable to walk around without them.

Staff was friendly but the facility needs updating. Bathroom fixtures and shower controls needs to be fixed. Plug in first room was coming off wall and the shower drain was clogged, had to change rooms.

Parking was easy and the beach was only a block away. Front desk staff greeted me nicely. Room and bathroom were not very clean. Heater was old, but worked well. The bed was on a metal framed box with a board under the mattress. It was a very HARD mattress and so were most of the pillows. The headboard was newer but already showing worn spots. The shower looked new and fancy, but was missing half of the glass door and had a dirty, slick floor. A shower curtain replaced the missing door, but was about 6 inches too short. This allowed water to get on the floor. The "rain" shower head was nice, but couldn't get the handheld part to work. Also, the vent in the bathroom didn't work. Biggest complaint I have is the noise from doors constantly being slammed shut all evening. If you didn't guide the door gently closed it just slammed. I will not return.

Room 102 is very noisy due to the vending machines talking..plus the door isn’t fitted correctly in the frame, which allows noise to enter the room. Otherwise it’s ok for an overnight stay.
