Expedia messed up our reservation and the hotel showed it as cancelled. This happened after changing the reservation from a king to two queens. Both reservations were made and cancelled. They gave us another room with a view of the parking lot, best they could do. I recommend always calling and checking your reservation even it if shows it is fine on the expedia app.

Our room was quite dirty. Clothes were left in the dresser. A moldy cup as shoved between the mattress and headboard. The motel seems rather run down and in need of repairs.

Location is perfect however it is a little outdated. AC unit was hardly working. According to the receptionist the hotel restaurant was shut down during COVID and half a decade later has still yet to re-open.

It’s an old hotel and they do not like to accommodate anything. Hotel is dirty and smells weird. Also our key card stopped working after the first day of our visit. Had to walk all the way over to the registration to fix it.

Terrible experience

Unfortunately our experience was not that great. Our room was disgusting we had blood stains in our beds and mold all over our sink and bathroom. Complete false advertising. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bath tub/Shower had hair in it. Floors in the room were dirty and looked like they had been swept or mopped. The ocean view was great if you discount the public parking lot between the hotel and the beach and the cars/pickup trucka & motorcycles ripping up and down the parking lot, playing loud music well past midnight.

We had to change rooms 4 times!! It was pretty painful. We would get settled in to each room and they all had broken appliances. In one room the TV was broken another room the toilet didn’t flush, another room no phone and it smelled like someone smoked pot the entire time that they stayed there. It was horrible

Looked like they tried to remodel room/fix some things. Very poor job though for the money you spend to stay there. Every time you sat on the toilet and got up the toilet lid made a loud noise, possibly hitting off of the back wall? Had to hold down the handle to flush toilet. We only had 2 chairs on balcony no table. Other balconies had tables.
