House keeping only came once during our stay. I had to go and get any supplies we needed (towels, tp, etc). The hardware in the bathroom was rusted, sink did not drain. They charged us for beach chairs we didn’t need or use and would not remove the charge. Location, access to beach and view if you have ocean front on 4th floor were great.

Got to location a bit early, walked around for a couple of hours with my family. They ended up getting us in a room around two walked into the room and balcony. It was clean to the eye once you really started looking you noticed it hadn’t been cleaned well. The AC and the dehumidifier were both a bit loud in the room.

Even though I had closed the balcony before I went out, after the rain, water leaked into the room so badly that it became completely unusable. However, they only cleaned the room and refused to move me to a room of the same level as the ocean view I had originally booked

The hotel itself is good. Our door was a little hard to open and close. We paid nearly $300 for one night. Asked for a cot because there were no rooms with 2 beds available and they wanted to charge for the cot. Even paying $300 for a room I still had to pay $48 for parking in the hotel parking lot!!!! That's insane in my opinion.

Very disappointing! It would have been ok at about half the price ot less. Way overpriced for what it is. We stayed at a 2 bdr condo in Orlando for about half the price. Only real issue was the soap/shampoo dispenser's did not work. We had or on, so... Once again, VERY DISAPPOINTING!! We will NOT be back!

Terrible experience check in was at 4 rooms weren’t ready the lobby was full of people who had also been waiting. And the staff seemed very rude and not understanding. Then sadly our room had mold on curtains going to balcony and our tv didn’t work. The one good thing was being on the beach. Very sad experience hotel has potential but is lacking badly now. I feel misled by the pictures on here.
