House is beautiful and views are incredible. We were there in March 2026 and there were 5 of us, 60 years of age. Savannah was short drive away and not hard to get around. Short walk to the beach. We paid to have the pool heated and there were lounge chairs to use. Had dinner at two restaurants in Tybee Island that were very good - The Deck and Pier 16. The screened porch on the 2nd floor off the two front bedrooms is very nice. Deck and furniture on the 3rd floor deck was very nice as well. Lovely and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped except there were no dish drying towels. The elevator was nice to have/use. We had to make 3 requests while we were there and 2 of them were answered very well and in a timely manner. The 3rd was a request for dish drying towels that did not come. We would stay there again.

The property was clean and spacious. Their was plenty of room for our group. The elevator was nice to have too. A great location, close to the beach. The view spectacular. We loved watching the ships going by on the ocean. I would definitely stay their again.

The pride of ownership is evident in every detail. From the immaculate upkeep to the thoughtful amenities, it’s clear they are fully invested in creating an exceptional guest experience.The home was exactly as described — and even better in person. Absolutely beautiful, spotless, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay on Tybee Island.We visit the island three to four times a year to spend time with our grandchildren, and without hesitation, we will be booking this home again. It will absolutely be our go-to place from now on!

Great property for a multi-generational stay! The view is gorgeous. Plenty of room for everyone in the common areas, but also ample privacy with all the separate bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Very clean, and a completely smooth check-in and checkout process. We come to Tybee every summer and would definitely stay here again.

Over priced and VRBO mosting is misleading/ less than accurate

The fact that many reviews mentioned an elevator was misleading because when we arrived we found the elevator doors were screwed shut and made the stay very difficult. I felt this was not as adverised and made the stay extremely over priced. The design of the house being 3 stories with 29 steps is not fun. Specifically because the kitchen, dining room, and living room are all on the third floor and all groceries must be carried up two stories. The pool is so small it is useless. It should not be advertised as one...nor should it be advertised as a hot tub because it is a poor example of either. It also was in need of cleaning when we arrived. The property is in a prime location for views of the ocean but I would not rent it again because of the floor plan of the house and no elevator. It was not the experience we paid for.

Anniversary dtay

We rented the house for a 50 th anniversary vacation with our kids and grandkids. It was everything we hoped for. There was plenty of space and the view was awesome. We enjoyed seeing the cargo ships and walking to the beach. We needed to contact them about a couple of minor things and they were quick to respond. The kitchen is well stocked with a griddle, crockpot, and more. The table worked well for meals for the twelve of us. It was a wonderful vacation.

Great Setting for Family Holiday

We all enjoyed the property. All King Beds! Spotless! Location! Everything req. for family dinners. Wonderful, spacious, open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living room. Elevator a big plus for mobility challenges. All in all, a great holiday setting. We are very likely to be back!

Wonderful stay

We are a group of 7, sibling and significant others, all over 65. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach - the elevator made moving in and out very easy. The location is perfect, quiet neighborhood, nice boardwalk to the beach and a lovely beach for walking and sunning. Everything was as advertised and our hosts were excellent.

Perfect place for families with kids

This was a perfect place for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids. It had everything we needed, clean and very well maintained. Loved the decor! Absolutely perfect view to the ocean with a quick walk to get there. Easy to book and communication was top notch. Highly recommended.

Spacious with Knockout View

Clean, kitchen well-stocked, all as advertised. Spectacular view. Walkway to the beach easy and full of surprises. Turtles, many varieties of birds lead to pristine beach. Sunset to die for. Close to town, pier, lighthouse, 16th St., good food. Short drive to Savannah: history, good food, and many activities to choose from.

Memorial Day

The house was just as described, and was perfect for a group of 11 of all ages. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. VRT responded almost immediately to any questions that we had and were super cooperative and helpful. I only gave the location a low mark because it is a long hike to the beach and some of us are getting older. However, the view from the decks are gorgeous.

Great time! Beautiful property. Basement two bedrooms off the garage are very private. Short walk over boardwalk to beach on inlet, another board walk takes you closer to full north beach. Great little island. Will be back!

Perfect Tybee Beach home, location and Beach!

First, we have very high standards for places to stay. We're a bit snooty when it comes to hotels or even rental homes. Also, I can't think of too many VRBO homes we have stayed in where the pictures were a perfect representation of the actual home. This property was just perfect! The home had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms where no sharing was needed, and all the comfy amenities you could ask for (I ended up buying one of the bed, bath and beyond blankets they had in every room because they were so comfy!). The kitchen was stocked with enough cups and dishes that even with 10 of us staying on property, we almost didn't have to wash before our last day! The only critique I would have for the home is that the pool is very small, and the game area in the garage gets quite warm. The best part though, is the beach. That's why most come anyway. There is a perfect little boardwalk just one house down from the property that leads to the beach. Once you arrive, it's like you have your own private slice of heaven. The dunes are gorgeous with tall grasses and beautiful sand. More seashells and crabs than you could hope for, and when it's high tide, perfect ocean water to play in. We used Burke's Beach rental to deliver and set up chairs and umbrellas for our Beach days and they were absolutely AMAZING! Best family ever and made our stay even more enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend them. Overall, I can not recommend this property more. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back to Tybee in the future!
