After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South) in Tyler, TX in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us. The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and professional. The continental breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay at this particular hotel in Tyler, TX for future travels. We highly recommend Sleep Inn & Suites for your future travels.

Checking was a breeze. They certainly honor their Veterans. Staff was very welcoming and inviting. Checkout was quick and easy. Over all area seemed safe and quiet. A few restaurants around. Over all the room was clean and smelled fresh. We will stay here again for sure.

Awesome Stay!

Everything was great from the room, bed, shower, pool, to price and service!! We drove straight from Ohio to Texas and got there an hour before check in and they cleaned our room so we could get in early and go to sleep! We gave it 10 out of 10!

Nice stay in Tyler

Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good - lots of hot options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The area outside our room was noisy - people running in the hallway and up and down stairs, slamming doors. Outside doors need to be secured (and not zip tied so that the doors don't actually lock.)

We enjoyed our 6 day stay while visiting the Flint area. The breakfast was always hot and we were always greeted with a smile and a good morning from all staff members. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice as well. The WIFI was a little spotty but we really did not spend that long in the hotel room so not a big deal for us. Thank you and we will return.
