Apto espaçoso, o prédio não fica super lotado apesar de ser um mês de férias, tudo bem limpo e conservado, só faltou o ar condicionado, porém os ventiladores de teto resolveram bem. Em breve faremos nova visita.

Recomendo. Pontos positivos: apartamento limpo, vários utensílios de cozinha, boa localização, bairr tranquilio, perto de outras praias, restaurantes e comércio, acessibilidade (rampa e elevador), tem piscina, churrasqueira e sauna(área comum). Pontos negativos: Não tem wi-fi, não tem máquina de lavar e teve uma taxa de limpeza que estava na entrelinhas do contrato.
