We loved Alaya resort so much that we extended our stay longer than expected! It’s a great location in the heart of Ubud, walking distance of shops and restaurants. The resort is beautiful and the pool is tucked away in the back, allowing more privacy from the busy streets. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here!

Ubud Alaya Hotel

The staff are amazing at this hotel. They are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, lovely menu and good coffee. You never wait long to be seated or served. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a huge balcony to sit on. Very peaceful even though it was in the middle of a busy street. The hotel was in a very good location to explore Ubud. Would highly recommend 😍

DON'T BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. My l'oréal paris steampod hair iron was broken due to a power outage in my room. Following their intervention, I mentioned to the electrician that my device was no longer functional. Afterwards, I asked the hotel for an investigation and following the electricity report, the hotel had agreed to reimburse me for the cost of the device since I have to get a new one. The next day, they refused to reimburse me, despite their confirmation the day before. This is unacceptable, there are very nice hotels with much better service next door. Don't go to Alaya.
