A boutique hotel with only 40 rooms, spacious rooms, with impeccable service. They knew the guests by the name which was very impressive. Great food, yoga and Gym. The pool bar restaurant and Italian food restaurant are worth a try

This hotel is quite far from the airport but it’s a nice area. Hotel has bus shuttles to town. Short cab ride takes u to the Cretya Club where u can see tegalalang, have a dip in the pool and dine in a nice restaurant. Hotel is also near monkey forest. Staff have recommendations on activities and restaurants nearby. I must say all the staff were very warm, polite and service was top notch. Bfast was splendid.

We had a fantastic experience at Como Uma Ubud. The staff couldn't have been more attentive and friendly. They learned our names on the first day and were incredibly knowledgable of the food ingredients in support of my partners nut allergy. They went above and beyond and we cannot wait to visit more Como hotels in the future. We booked a trip with an external provider and the reception staff arranged a breakfast bundle which would be safe for my partner to eat whilst out on the trip with no nuts without us even asking for it! Yande, Made at breakfast, and Yari at the pool bar were fantastic and extra friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

This resort is simply perfect. The room was beautifully decorated in an understated way and absolutely spotlessly clean. The resort surrounds are beautiful. The staff were warm and friendly and defined perfect customer service - I have no idea how they remembered my wife and my first name and greeted us that way on every occasion. The food - in particular the breakfasts - was wonderful. 10/10. If there was a score of 11 I'd give it.

We stayed for one night, and we were not disappointed at all. The food was AMAZING, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We found this hotel at a very reasonable rate, and honestly, we weren't sure what to expect, but I will definitely stay here again. It's very close to the Ubud strip, making it easy to walk or use their shuttle service. The staff was incredibly supportive. I would highly recommend it!
