バスタブはあるのに、シャワーしか使用できませんとのことでした。 駅前で便利ですが夜中まで若者か騒いでいてうるさかった。

浴槽にお湯をためられないことをわかっての宿泊なので、そこに関して不満はありませんでした。親子でツインで宿泊しましたが、お安い料金なのでありがたかったです。建物は、古いといえば古いですが、清潔感があり、嫌な感じは全く受けませんでした。下がコンビニなので、夕ご飯のあと朝ごはんを買い込んだりするのも便利でした。駅にめちゃめちゃ近いので、うるさいと思いましたが、全く気にならず、スタッフの方も明るく、上田に泊まるときはまた泊まりたいなと思いました。

全体的に清潔にしてあり、気持ちよく過ごせました。駅前という事もあり、コンビニ、飲食店も揃っていて便利でした。 バスタブの排水が悪いらしく、水を張れないという口コミを見ていましたがそれもチェックイン時に説明をちゃんとされたので、別に不快には思いませんでした。 宿泊費がお手頃なので、また機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

とにかく古い。 お風呂も狭い。 廊下かタバコの匂いが充満していて不快だった。 お風呂にお湯をためれないのはホテルとしては致命的だと思うので改善した方がいいと思う。

駅前でコンビニ、居酒屋が周辺にたくさんある。駐車場も駅前にある。歩いてすぐショッピングモールアリオがある。立地は申し分なし。 エアコンが旧式で効きがよくなく、少し音がうるさいのがマイナスポイント。
