Nice property especially the backyard/ outdoors area. Only fault i would say is the access information to the actual property should be sent overnight to avoid any delays.
Loved that it had bush & a big back doggie yard. Property badly needs maintenance, not keen on steep stairs, overall we had lovely stay & just a walk to beach
This property is in a beautiful peaceful street and only a short walk from the beach and cafes. All the amenities provided were as described and the host was very helpful with instructions and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend.
We had a great stay at this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Close walk to the beach and golf club.
Floors were a bit dirty and some pet hair on the lounge but otherwise a great house for a holiday.
Arrived @ 7pm on a Friday night ! Priority the fridge/freezer to put all our provisions inside. The fridge hadnât been cleaned .
Oven not cleaned! Overall kitchen was absolutely not acceptable. BBQ not cleaned for a long time , it didnât smell very nice .
House & garden had not had any TLC for quite some time.A big shame!
Neglect was obvious.
Called owner about our disappointment & upset that same night & a cleaner came midday the next day Saturday , she did her best !
After she left my husband and I got stuck into the all the basics, windows floors shutters bbq deck etc. so we could read and settle in
Fortunately the bedding was acceptable and was a good mattress.
Gardener came and cut the long grass in yard which made it a lot more enjoyable for our little 14yr old Italian Greyhound.
The owner of this property did not contact us after it was confirmed the cleaner was coming on the Sat morning
We have used Stays for a long time & are always heading to the South Coast. Never had an experience like this before.

Was really excited to stay here but was very disappointed. The property is beneath street level and backs into a nature reserve which usually would be beautiful. However after a lot of rain, as it doesnât get much sun, the house was very damp, smelled and had mould in the bedroom cupboards. Most off putting was the musty pungent smell that you got when you opened the draws and cupboards in the kitchen. We started getting blocked noses and itchy throats after the first night which subsided 24hrs after leaving the property as we check out on the second day because we had a 3 month old and a pregnant woman in our group. We asked for a refund for the remaining nights but was told we were given a discount so bad luck⊠we booked the day before we checked in, in school holidays, hence the discount.
My husband and I stayed here for the first time for four nights. It was perfect for us and had all the essentials for our short stay. Dealing with the host was very easy and the checkin process simple, with no issues.
The house was clean and comfortable, located in a quiet street, with an easy walk to the Mollymook beach, cafes & club. We had little dogs with us and the backyard was a great size for the them, though our old dog couldn't cope with the stairs. (This home is probably not suitable for babies/small children due to the steep internal stairs and there is no bathtub - but I definitely recommend it for couples, or small families with older children).
We would definitely stay here again when visiting Mollymook, if the house was available.
The house was clean, but everything smelled mouldy, even the spa. Also, not very cosy, just bare minimum of furniture and cold lighting. We were quite disappointed given the $ we spent.
Property was neat and tidy with everything you need and host was great to communicate with. Very large yard for dog backing onto beautiful trees/birds. Lovely stay - thank you!
The property was clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything that was needed for our stay.
Our dogs enjoyed the large fenced back yard that had plenty of room for them to run.
Adam the host answered any questions promptly.
Extended stay because it was so peaceful. Beautiful trees when looking out from the verandah or spa, the back yard is mainly grass but you feel like you're amongst the forest (picture of backyard on Stayz doesn't do it justice).
Beaches are so close and the off leash dog beach was absolutely perfect.
Hosts communication was instant and always helpful.
Cheers Adam
The house is well appointed- plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. The host provided all information in a timely manner and we had everything we needed to know, so no need for any questions.
Great spa, kitchen was fully equipped, and the house is only 3 mins walk from the beach. Wouldnât hesitate to rebook for another stay.
My husband and Border Collie Pup Rusty had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Our pup loved the big backyard! We would recommend this property and would love to stay there again.
Nice house, well equipped. Maybe a bit cold in the middle of winter, but warms up well once you start living in it. The location is great for a walk to the beach. The spa on the deck is a bonus on a cold evening. Adam is very approachable and is very prompt with answering any query, whether large or small. Thanks very much.
We had a wonderful time in Mollymook. Our dogs loved the big back yard and the short walk to the dog beach each morning and afternoon. The kids loved the short stroll to the park and shop for an ice cream. We had a lovely meal at the Mollymook Golf Club just a few minutes walk away.
The house was lovely but we would have liked some board games or cards to entertain us at night. Overall we had a terrific long weekend away.
