The breakfast is like the best buffets in Las Vegas. Several choices and a wonderful espresso coffee machine. Breakfast employees are ever present, asking if one wants hot chocolate or coffee. Our room had a great view of the Ulm Minster. The rooms are large with a refrigerator and safe. The shower is high tech with push button and dial controls. Plus the water temperature is displayed. The Maritime Hotel Ulm is a first class facility with lots of high quality marble floors and columns and stained hardwood. Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed with the lack of service during my stay. When I arrived, I had a large amount of luggage to unload from my car, yet no staff member offered assistance. There were no concierge or bell staff visible, and I had to carry everything inside completely on my own. Even once in the lobby, no one helped me take the bags to my room. For a hotel of this category, this absence of basic guest support was unacceptable and left a negative impression of the property.

I am surprised that a relatively new multistory hotel would not have air conditioning and then be told not to open windows because of mosquitoes. We were told that there is air going through the building. There is also no complimentary tea or coffee.

The hotel is nice and great place to lodge. I was here for 4 nights with family. The environment is serene and close to public transport. The breakfast buffet options are nice and sumptuous. We felt the bed was a bit small for two people to sleep in, also the pillow not too comfortable.

Likes, the beds were very comfortable and the restaurant upstairs was amazing. Also enjoyed the piano bar. Dislikes were the air conditioning couldn’t cool the room, and disappointed that we couldn’t get complementary coffee in the morning. But overall was a good hotel

Find it so strange, that after many years staying in the Maritim Ulm, also with many UK BUSINESS COLLEAGUES, the ONLY English speaking TV programmes are CNN and SKY International. BBC News(is displayed as an option but not connected. I was placed on the first floor with the view of a grey adjacent building on a 4 day visit as a tourist. As a frequent visitor to Ulm, shall probably use a more individual friendly, and nearer the town centre hotel.

Good hotel stay overall.

Good overnight. Breakfast was overly crowded in which they couldn't manage. Decent enough. Gym and ironing room need to be found. Your key will work or they will give you a key but good luck walking in the appropriate direction first!
