A great disappointment

Ambitious hotel with no reception. Blood and urin stains in materass and duved. No one ever cared to answered the phone number "available 24 hours a day".Room was not cleaned or refreshed for 2 days. Breakfast is really good. But It was a bad experience.

1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly. The one we booked one month in advance is twice as expensive as if you book two days in advance. Other four-star hotels in the surrounding area do not have such a large price fluctuation

Not Worth the Price – Style Over Comfort at U&Me We stayed 18 nights in a “Superior” room for $2200. The view was great, but nearly everything else disappointed. The first room was tiny with a dangerous bathtub. We were luckily moved to a corner room that had just enough space for standing suitcases—no dressers, no closets, no surfaces. The shower flooded the floor daily. Lighting was dim and confusing. Windows didn't open, and with no air conditioning, the room got hot unless we kept curtains completely closed all day. The room was dusty throughout our stay—my nightstand was never wiped, and the floor under furniture was filthy. Sheets were hard to get changed (even completely ignored when we actually removed them ourselves), and we found stains on both the pillows and the comforters. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the bed topper was thin and cheap. The mattress itself had visible liquid stains. Details like plastic toilet flushers and flimsy lamps felt more hostel than hotel. Garage access was confusing, elevator logistics frustrating, and we weren’t informed when the parking code changed. Loud music from nearby events until 3am cost us sleep—yet the hotel had the audacity to raise the nightly price exactly during that time. Bottom line: this is a wanna-be flashy hotel likely designed for short-term visitors who care more about Instagram aesthetics than livability. If you’re staying longer than a weekend, think twice.

Det var sminkfläckar på örngotten på kuddarna samt handdukar i rummet. Det var hår i sängen. Badrummet var bara ytligt städat, var klistermärken på golvet och fläckar. Samt var den påbörjade toalett rullen inte så fräsch, men det fanns nya i hotellrummet som man kunde använda istället. Krokarna i rummet var också trasiga. Dusch huvudet sprutade också väldigt ojämnt och hade behövts bytas ut. Rummet var kallt, tog ett bra tag innan värmen steg efter korrigering. Rummet var också extremt lyhört. Hade svårt att somna då jag hörde de andra gästerna gå runt i deras rum, duscha, stänga och öppna dörrar. Kunde även höra när de pratade. Hissen stank cigarette rök på morgonen. Frukosten däremot var väldigt stor och varierad. Fräsch mat och rent. Dock, har du allergier hade jag ringt och checkat dina val med hotellet innan. Då nötterna och liknande stod bredvid resten av frukosten och vissa gäster använde då samma bestick till allt. Personalen var väldigt trevliga, speciellt Jörgen som jobbade på frukost buffén och hjälpte mig checka ut. In och ut checkning var smidigt och enkelt.
