Perfect Home for a Multi-Generational Getaway!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this spacious and inviting house. With 22 people across multiple generations, we never felt cramped. The large kitchen was an ideal spot for preparing and sharing meals, while the outdoor features—the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and seating areas—were enjoyed by all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were abundant, clean and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone. It was the perfect setting for our October getaway, and we highly recommend both the property and the location for groups of any size. Our stay couldn’t have been better!

STUNNING

We had 24 adults staying at this property for a weekend getaway and cannot say enough wonderful things about it. To start, the home is MASSIVE and we all slept very comfortably. The GIANT kitchen / living room area was perfect for what we needed and allowed us all to comfortably gather and spend the weekend together. Even in the winter the backyard was stunning and we enjoyed both the hottub as well as the two fire pits. Finally, and most importantly, the host was extremely helpful and attentive and checked in with us and made sure everything was going well. 10/10 would recommend for a larger group gathering.

Unbelievable Experience!

The info and photos online do not do this place justice. The quality and details of everything in the home were incredible. They provide everything you need to make travel very easy. I hosted a women's retreat with a private chef and the kitchen was a dream for her to work in and all of the additions like extra cozy blankets and unique books and games just gave it that extra touch. Communication with the host was consistent and easy. Will definitely be back!

Lovely Family Getaway Destination

We hosted our mother’s 90th birthday weekend at the home, and it was spectacular. The property is as portrayed on VRBO just more impressive in person. The kitchen is exceptional for planning and preparing large meals. The outdoor area and home layout make it very conducive to everyone having the flexibility for everyone to have their own space to enjoy time. All around, a great place to stay!

Family Memories Made

We stayed at Primrose Place for a week with three generations of family. We laughed, swam, watched sunsets and created many new memories. The house is so conducive to multi generational families as there are plenty of bedrooms/baths and relaxation space enough for anyone who wants to get away for a while. Our extended family visited Primrose for our annual vacation together and we were blown away by our entire experience. Check in was a breeze and house and all the amenities were perfect for our large family! The house is beautiful, walking distance to the beach and the pool was the highlight! Immaculate and well-appointed property

The Union Pier house was absolutely stunning. Truly well-appointed with top of the line appliances, finishes, and furnishings. Tons of space for entire group with plenty for everyone to do (ping pong, pool, putting green, pool, sandbox(!!)). Pool was great. Hosts we very easy to get in touch with and we had no problems when we asked to adjust pool temp several times. Surroundings area is very cute with walkalbe coffee shops/small market. Beach easy walk and was great size with super soft sand. A+++

So perfect for our large family with small children!

11 adults and 7 young grandchildren have just experienced a week filled with the ultimate pool, hot tub, beach, meals and good sleep. The beds were great as well as the set up in each room. I prepared frozen meals for the whole week and the 3 refrigerators and 4 ovens were the best ever!!!!! Cement flooring was an easy cleanup with small children and the downstairs area provided perfect playtime for the children and families throughout the week. The Apple TV and seating arrangement upstairs allowed us to view pictures and share funny YouTube videos. Thunderstorms were amazing with upper windows in the great room - the clouds fly much faster than normal at the lake. The walk to the beach is 3 short blocks on very quiet, narrow roads and the steps are not far down. Absolutely no problem with the children running along - and they love the beach. Sunsets were so beautiful! Water was warm. We spent most days in the pool with its 3 tiered levels. The children played in the sandbox with lots of toys provided. We’ve already booked again for next summer and we are so appreciative of this property! Thank you for the opportunity to rent it and enjoy so many thoughtful amenities! Excellent!!

Excellent stay!

The house was perfect for our family. Each family (within the larger family) had their own space in the house but the common area was large and wonderful. The indoor/outdoor living experience is truly wonderful at this house. The pool and sandbox kept the kiddos busy for hours. The walk to the beach is not too bad, though with lugging a bunch of kids items, we would drive one car and the rest of the people would walk and that was no problem at all. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again! Thank you to the owners and staff!
