Got to the hotel at 4 an hour later after check in, the front desk person said my room wasn’t ready and had to put me in another room. That room bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was bugs both nights and when I checked out and told the front desk clerk and showed her pics of the bugs she said they couldn’t give me a discount or anything because I didn’t book through there rewards program but I booked through a discount program like Expedia. I’m not sure what that has to do with the room issues and why I couldn’t be accommodated.

The room was ok not what i was expecting we had to move rooms because the first room the water was not getting hot then the second room had Asian lady bugs in the ceiling. They could upgrade a little along with the elevators. I wouldn’t stay there again

My overall experience at the Comfort Inn was just okay. Check-in was exactly at 3 PM — not a minute earlier — as the staff strictly followed policy and didn’t accommodate early arrivals. We came back an hour after check-in time expecting our room to be ready, but when we went upstairs, the housekeeper told us it still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting another half hour before finally getting access to the room, which was really inconvenient after a long trip. Once we got inside, we were surprised to find four ladybugs crawling on the ceiling. It wasn’t a major issue, but definitely not something you expect to see in a freshly cleaned room. Overall, the stay was average — staff were polite, but the delayed room readiness and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
