"Receptionist ignored us on arrival. After a while without greeting or welcoming us he told us that our reservation was canceled without further information. After a while he accused us of having made a booking in the related Albatros hotel which we clearly did not. We showed him our reservation details and suddenly we were „upgraded“ to a room in the Albatros. The room was supposed to be for 3 persons but we first had to ask for additional chairs and bed side table as they were missing and the room was not equipped for 3. The wellness / sauna was underwhelming. No bathrobes were supplied and only one towel. Not enough for using the sauna and showers. Our room was next to the lift that was noisy when used. The reception staff at Albatros on the contrary was very friendly and helpful."
