Perfect location for skiing

Amazing location for a ski vacation. The lift is literally steps away. The property is spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. The staff in the building was attentive to everything we needed. Overall a great place!

The unit itself was very nice and well kept. However, the afternoon of my arrival the TV remote did not control the TV. I called the front desk and they said maintenance would come. They never showed up even 3 days later. Also there were no instruction on how to use the electric range and of course I didn't call maintenance. Final found instructions on YouTube

Beautiful condo, exceptional location

What a lovely condo, spacious and well-appointed. We had everything we could want. The deck sits right over the base of the mountain, true ski in ski out, steps from all of Lionshead and great views. We can’t wait to go back.

Great property. Staff service mediocre.

Outstanding room, view, and location. Asking the staff (front desk, concierge, etc) for anything was a less than pleasant experience. This is the 3rd year we’ve stayed at Lionsquare lodge and our 6th year in Vail. By far our favorite room, but will evaluate other more service focused places next year.

LOVE, LOVE, and LOVED!

We had the best time. The location is great and especially when ski season starts- ski in and out! The place is awesome and looks just like it does online! Fully equipped with all you need and super, super clean! The service during the week is so nice; people work hard to make things clean and refreshed each day, which is like a hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful and everyone works hard to make it a nice stay! Would for sure stay here again and looking forward to it. Just a very nice place to stay and appreciate being able to rent this location. Beautiful view of the mountains and the town to the left. Just great spot! Thanks to all!

Fabulous unit East Lodge 207!

We were privileged to stay in the East Lodge unit 207 which we learned has been in the owners family since 1972! Upgrades over that period have created a truly outstanding unit interior with a location in the heart of Lionshead Village at Vail. Our stay in September was rewarded with beautiful weather, all shops and restaurants of note being open. For a winter time stay, don't look anywhere else. This unit is only steps away from the Eagle Bahn gondola and has an east facing porch to catch the morning sunrise. We'll ask for this unit again and again.

We go to Vail 3-4 times a year and have always admired Lions Square Lodge. It is just as fabulous as we thought it would be. This condo opens up to the gondola base with views of the ski mountain. Valuable condo amenities: spacious overall, well stocked and lovely kitchen (with super cool microwave drawer), morning sunshine (summer:), deck, Aveda products in the very clean bathrooms, ample closet space, and comfy beds. The property sits in a perfect spot with immediate access to the bike trail, shops, restaurants, (gondola), and hiking trails. The bedrooms are nice but do face the parking lot and don't give a lot of light. This issue, however, is fine with us because we are busy enjoying Vail and the rest of the condo anyway. We definitely hope to stay here in the future. (Just wish we could bring our dog.)

Great location!

The location was spectacular!! Walk right out to Lionshead Village and jump on the gondola! Everything was great except the entire building does not have central air conditioning and our condo was very hot. We had to open all the windows and use box fans and still were hot during the night. Overall we would stay here again in a heart beat! The condo was very clean and stylish! Our family loved it!

Overall the condo is a great place to stay. Enough room for my family plus love having 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Very well maintained and love having the Gondola right outside the back door. Plus how close all the restaurants and walking distance to Vail Village. Would stay here again!

Amazing location, exceptional stay!

We are a family of 5, all adults, and we had an amazing time. We love to cook, and the place had everything we needed to make every meal. The walking distance to the lifts was incredible, we could go out skiing and before going again, we were able to stop at the house for a quick refreshment. We will definitely come back, and hopefully to the same spot!

Awesome location! Awesome condo!

We had a lovely stay at the Lions Square Lodge! The condo itself had plenty of space & everything 6 women could want for a girls weekend away. The common grounds were well kept & clean. Loved that the hot tub & pool were open even though it was off season. Totally recommend this condo for any type of gathering. During ski season, it might be the best spot in all of Vail!

Perfect location and awesome place!

This place is super easy to find, to get in and out of and the location is perfect - right in the heart of Lionshead Village in West Vail. The balcony overlooks the lift, shops and restaurants and the interior is stunning. There is a king size bed in one room and two queens in the second bedroom...the two couches in the living room do fold out but they aren't super comfortable (they would be fine for kids maybe). The kitchen is beautiful with brand new appliances and everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

A memorable family experience

This will be remembered by my family of nine (all adults) as a magnificent , lasting, and cherished experience. Since I have a grand daughter and her husband moving away we wanted something special-- AND THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT ! The owners had developed and beautifully decorated this place, and thought of every need. It was exactly as represented, and i would be comfortable recommending to my friends. It was without a doubt at the top of the list for our family vacations.
