It needs a renovation! The room itself was fine, but the rest of the hotel is dated and definitely needs new carpet and stairs (instead of masked with black masking tape). They also need additional help at the front desk and overall customer service execution.

Staff is excellent and the best hot chocolate in town at 3:30 in lobby. The pool and hot tubs are great. Gym great. Location amazing close to gondola shopping restaurants! The only thing that I would suggest is rooms probably need a refresh and renovation but truly everything was great and would return.

It has the best location in Vail Village, at very few steps from the Gondola, the staff is courteous and friendly, and the Specialty restaurant has an excelent chef! I would upgrade the beds but thats about all
