This simple 20m² ground-floor apartment is a great pick for couples, small families, or friends who want a comfy, no-fuss place to stay.
It's got an open-plan layout with a double bed and a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to 3 people. The kitchen comes with all the basics for cooking, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easier. You'll also have a washing machine and iron if you need to do laundry.
We've got you covered with fresh towels, bed linens, and a few toiletries to get you started.
Just a heads up: Being on the ground floor means the sofa bed is closer to the street, so there may be a bit of noise. The front door also opens directly onto the street—no porch or entryway.

As a ground-floor apartment at street level, it is normal for these properties to experience some humidity and occasional insect presence despite regular professional cleaning. The neighbourhood of La Malva-rosa faces Malvarrosa Beach, part of a long sandy stretch that spans the city. Souvenir and beachwear shops sit alongside cafes and casual eateries serving burgers or paella on the beachfront. In summer, raucous bars stay open late. Inland is a scattering of Spanish eateries that are popular with locals. Casa-Museo de Blasco Ibáñez is the Valencian writer's restored former home and garden.
The property is easily accessible by public transport (line 99) and car.
The nearest bus stop, La Malva-rosa - Gran Canària, is just a 2-minute walk.
Valencia Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.
We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.
