The comment from the front desk, a scruffy-dressed guy, by the way, is that it is a four-star hotel, so a small bottle of water in the room should be €5. Didn’t feel like pointing out that good four-star hotels provide complimentary water.

Hotel very central- near to old town and estacion de nord. Also only 5 mins from nearest metro from airport. Room was good size and comfortable. Good options for breakfast which were regularly replenished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Comfortable air-conditioned room with excellent amenities. It's on a quiet street but a really short walk to the main high street where you can find everything. Very nice breakfast selection also.

Great location right in the centre of the city, with a car park underneath (make sure if you have a car you mention it to reception as they can stamp your parking card and you get discounted parking at 18 euros per day). The staff were lovely and helpful and the room very clean and spacious. Would stay again!
