Very loud despite getting a “soundproof” room. Overall was pretty clean but lots of cracks and signs of damage in walls and tiles that need repair. Seemed like some areas were still under construction. Very dark hallways which are kinda creepy.

Really amazing hotel. We stayed on the 8th floor and there was a fantastic view of the city. We were very pleased with the overall stay and breakfast was lovely.

One of the best hotels in Valencia. It is amazing in every way. The staff are very polite and always ready to help, the breakfast is amazing with so many things to choose from. The room is very clean.

I stayed for five nights and needed an iron, but I was told I had to pay to have it sent to my room. This was the first time a hotel didn't offer to bring the iron to me; instead, they asked for payment. I didn't request the service—my goal was to iron my own shirt during my five-day stay. Very disappointed.

Day one when we checked in they allocated a room which was not cleaned at all, we saw a bug in shower and pathetic, even-though after long day we wanted to rest, had to deal with this. And the shower was wide open, bathroom almost flooding when you take shower. Personally I don’t recommend this hotel for stay, even though it is one of the high end.

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast buffet. It was quite noisy as the hotel was decorating bedrooms. Bus stop outside the hotel to take you into town or the beach. Convenient shopping centre under the hotel.
