We didn't stay for breakfast. I was pleased by how they quickly handled my problem with, I believe, was a drunk person who thought my room was his, in the early hours, who was very persistent, trying the door and not taking no for an answer.I would have liked for them to just recap with me when I checked out to see how I'd slept after. Which to be honest wasn't great. The hotel we've used on numerous occasions, over several years . The staff are great, the facilities excellent. So I won't let that one incident colour my judgement of the hotel. In fact it was good to see how quickly they sorted it once I'd rung them .

This is a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, our shower did not work for 24 hours, and there was also a leak from the bathroom. The area on the left side of the street didn’t feel very safe or clean. Staff were not very friendly—when I asked about compensation for not having a shower for 24 hours, the response was dismissive (‘so what do you want me to do?’). Overall, the front desk and staff came across a bit rough around the edges. We ended up checking out a day early and returning to Barcelona. Breakfast was fine.

we loved this hotel. the staff was so nice and helpful. the room was pretty basic but very clean and very comfortable. we slept great on the bed. i saw some other reviews where people said the breakfast wasnt worth it. i completely disagree ! the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. lots of choices and all quality food. the coffee was amazing. my wife and i were actually saying we couldnt wait to come back and stay here. and we will definitely suggest it to friends.
