THE SPACE

We have high-speed fiber optic WIFI where you can easily combine work with leisure, enjoying everything the city of Valencia has to offer. The apartment also has a Smart TV if you want to relax at the end of your day. In our fully equipped kitchen, you will have everything you need to prepare from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, water kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The apartment also includes sheets, towels, hair dryer, and amenities.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, very close to the Turia River bed and a short distance from the center of Valencia. Here you can immerse yourself in the authentic essence of the city, with numerous bars, restaurants, and terraces, many of them nearby, where you can enjoy delicious tapas, paellas, and local dishes. Within a few minutes walking, you will find supermarkets, local shops, and all the necessary services for your stay. The area is known for its welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, with a mix of locals and travelers that create a vibrant and multicultural environment, ideal for enjoying Valencia like a true Valencian.

HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA

Moving around the apartment and its surroundings is really very simple. The area is very well connected with public transportation. Within a few minutes walking, you will find several bus stops that will take you to different points of the city. The nearest metro station is also a short walk away and connects you directly to the center of Valencia and other key areas. If you prefer to move by bicycle, Valencia has an excellent rental system that will allow you to explore the city at your own pace. Additionally, the city center is just a 15-minute walk away, ideal for a stroll where you will discover charming streets and some of Valencia's main attractions. And, if you are someone who enjoys walking, the Turia Gardens, known as Valencia's green lung, is perfect for a morning run or a relaxing afternoon walk.

• Metro/tram: Sagunt station (line 4) located 400 meters away

•⁠ ⁠Buses: 16 and 26 (to go to the Historic Center if you don't want to walk and to the Turia River Bed), 95 (to go to the City of Arts and Sciences) and the tram to the beach.
