Cottage of 140 m2 in the middle of a 2500 m2 plot planted with century-old trees and vines, quiet and close to the city center. Gite class 4 stars by the new standards of furniture tourism. On the ground floor, a large living room of 40 m2 with TV, Blue ray player, wifi, fully equipped American kitchen, a terrace with barbecue of 35 m2 not overlooked with a view of the Pont d'Arc cave and the Mont d'Ardèche and a master bedroom in a vaulted cellar with open bathroom. On the first floor, a TV lounge and games console, a double bedroom with shower room, walk-in shower; a toilet. On the second floor two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and a bathroom and wc. The restoration was carried out by us (I am a carpenter) and craftsmen from Vallon, the materials used are stone, metal and wood in a contemporary spirit. The ground and the swimming pool are common to the two gites. You can also enjoy a 120 m2 terrace around the swimming pool, a bowling green, a ping pong table and a shaded relaxation area with hammock, swing ... The Mas Délices area is quiet and green while being close to the center of the village and the river, young and old will find their happiness ....

MAGNIFIQUE!!!

It was perfect. The house and the surroundings were more beautiful than the pictures do it justice. The view from our patio was breathtaking, Everything you needed was there. The charming center of Vallon Pont d'Arc was not too far to walk to. Everyone agreed it was a slice of paradise.

Beautiful house, well located!

Stayed here for a week and had a great time. The house is lovely and was clean and well-equipped. We loved the heated pool and grounds as well! Nice location on the edge of Vallon Pont D’arc, but an easy 10 minute walk in. Only thing to note-the pool and grounds are shared with another property. The houses are well-designed in terms of maintaining privacy, but the listing could make this clearer. Would happily return!!

Perfect location, clean , spacious house and garden

Without a doubt, this was the most beautiful holiday home where we stayed with our family (8 persons). Everyone could find their place in the spacious garden (someone in the hammock, swimming pool, lounge,...) Despite there being 1 rainy day and 2 evenings, we were able to enjoy the outdoors perfectly thanks to the beautiful roof of the terrace. We really recommend this house!

You share the house with others. So you will hear your neighbors (house split in two). Mentioned in the advertisement, but in the very small print. You want a private house, this is not your house. The bed in the basement smells bad. also the room.Your share the swimming pool and etc. too. We got the part of the house that does not overlook the pool, its a dark basement house (living and kitchen).The lady who checks you in- and out speaks only French.

Maison charmante est spacieux !!!

Logement magnifique dans un endroit calme avec une vue splendide.Propreté rien n'a dire aménagement avec goût et soigné.Juste un petit bémol dans la chambre du bas il manque un peut de chauffage.sinon elle est magnifique !

Lovely house, with great pool and garden!

Great to stay here 10 days, with 2 families with young kids. all amenities you need where available and the house is in short walking distance from the heart of Vallon Pont D'arc. The area itself is boasted with fun activities and cute little French Villages. Definitely recommend

Vacances d'été en famille

Comme chaque année, nous nous retrouvons tous en vacances. Cette année c’est ce magnifique Mas ardéchois qui nous a accueillis. Le lieu est superbe. La demeure a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût . Chaque pièce est bien conçue, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise. Le village et toutes les commodités sont à proximité La région est magnifique. Merci encore de nous avoir accueillis chez vous.

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend, reizender Empfang.

Es war für unsere Familie ein toller Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Steinhaus. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Klima arbeitet schön leise. Nur 10 Min bis ins Zentrum, ca. 20 Min zur Ardeche (zu Fuß). Kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe restauriert und war sehr gut durchdacht. Es war auch alles da, was man brauchte. Der Pool und der Garten waren ein großer Vorteil und auch mit den Nachbarn hat man sich immer gut verstanden.

Tolle Unterkunft, freundliche Gastgeber

Schon zum zweiten Mal haben wir hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und funktionsfähig. Der schöne Garten mit dem Swimmingpool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das untere Zimmer im Gewölbe haben wir nicht genutzt, uns haben die oberen Zimmer besser gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons tout d'abord été très bien accueilli par Christelle, un grand merci pour sa gentillesse. Un mas magnifiquement rénové avec goût et intelligence. Très belle propriété, très bien équipée, de très belles chambres, on a apprécié les 3 belles salles de bains. Nous étions 7 adultes, nous avions largement la place pour y circuler. Une jolie terrasse avec plancha, un beau jardin, très agréable sous les arbres pour y trouver le frais quand il fait chaud, une belle et agréable piscine d'eau salée. A pied, on est à 15 mn du centre de Vallon Pont D'Arc sans se presser.

Sehr schönes Haus in guter und ruhiger Lage

Viele Sachen im Haus vorhanden! Sehr viele Spielsachen auch für Kleinkinder und Schulkinder! Danke dafür! Sehr lieber Kontakt der sich auch selbst regelmäßig um den Zustand aller Sachen kümmert. très belle location

Nous avons apprécié cette location pour son calme tout en étant près de Vallon Pont d'arc, pour les équipements mis à notre disposition, pour la piscine nous permettant de nous relaxer après nos visites ou balades, pour l'accueil avec le petit plus : le pot de crème de châtaignes et la bouteille de rosé. Enfin, une propriétaire attentive à ce que nous passions une agréable semaine ce qui a été le cas. Bravo !

Zalige vakantie

Heerlijk huis met prachtige tuin en super zwembad. De gitte had een hele mooie, praktische keuken die volledig is uitgerust. Heel fijn om ook op vakantie een vaatwasser te hebben. Enkel de slaapkamers boven hebben airco maar we konden het beneden voldoende koel houden. De slaapkamers en badkamers waren mooi ingedeeld. We hebben altijd buiten gegeten op het terras. Er is een schaduwdoek gespannen waardoor het er altijd fijn zitten is in de schaduw. Zelf toen het regende konden we onder dit zeil blijven zitten zonder nat te worden. Het zwembad is met zout gefilterd waardoor het een beetje naar zee proeft. Wij vonden dit fijner dan chloorwater. Op 10min wandelen heb je het dorpje waar er vele gezellige souvenirwinkeltjes en restaurants zijn. Enkel de supermarkt in het dorp vonden wij te druk ivm Corona. Wij zijn naar een naburig dorp gegaan voor onze inkopen. Daar was het wel ok
