Beautiful Isolation in amazing nature and great sea view

Great view directly onto the sea, no close neighbors, cozy easy place with nice sun terrace, old but fun BBQ spot, seagulls screaming during the night, nice sea breeze so not too hot during the night.

Stunning view on the ocean in a calm place surrounded by the beautiful raw nature

Cozy house, with the terrace with the view right onto the sea without any houses or other in front. Nice BBQ area in the backjard. Very close to go for hikes e.g. towards piscinas naturales close by.

In a beautiful place with stunning views

We stayed for a week, the house is very comfortable with everything you need. It can be windy but, the view are the compensation.

Tolle Aussicht, schönes Haus mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Ein sehr schönes, ortstypisch gebautes Haus mit unglaublicher Aussicht von der Terrasse aus und ziemlich guter, sehr ruhiger Lage. Allerdings könnte das Haus eine Überarbeitung vertragen: Die Spalten unter den Türen lassen Mäuse und Geckos ungehindert ein, die Sofas wirken nicht sehr sauber, es gibt keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern (und bei geschlossenen Fenstern wird es ziemlich warm) und Kakerlaken sind auch im Haus unterwegs. Wenn man sich an diese Umstände gewöhnt hat, kann man die Zeit dort jedoch sehr genießen.

Posto spettacolare!!!

La proprietà è ubicata al nord in una posizione meravigliosa, isolata a a picco sull’oceano. La vista è a 180 gradi dall’alba al tramonto. La terrazza esterna è ben attrezzata con lettino sedie tavolino, cuscini ed ombrellone. La casa è una casa Rural e pertanto non mi dilungo per specificarne le caratteristiche ambientali… Rutal ha il suo significato implicito. La casa è abbastanza fornita di tutto il necessario. La doccia e la lavatrice sono state rinnovate e sono nuove, la manutenzione dei rubinetti ( come descritto in un annuncio ) eè stata eseguita . Nella casa si trovano anche tutti i prodotti contro gli eventuali insetti che in una casa rural si possono trovare . La proprietà è curata . Un luogo magico … in un isola spettacolare che sembra fuori dal mondo.

Lage echt Top, Aber das Haus könnte innen eine Renovierung ohne Umgestaltung vertragen. Wasserhahn in der Küche drehte sich im Kreis, Dusche sowie in der Waschmaschine "Schimmel". es fehlten Auflagen für die Liegen !!! Zweites Schlafzimmer ist ein besserer Abstellraum. Türverschluß für den Zylinder steht ca 1 cm über, Verletzungsgefahr !!....

La casa está bien ubicada y en general es cómoda. La zona de barbacoa es inutilizable, las farolas no funcionan y falta luz en la zona de porche. El mobiliario está anticuado y el menaje es escaso y viejecillo en general. El contacto con la arrendadora es practicamente nulo.

Hay que ser tolerante con la fauna.

La casa tiene mucho encanto por ubicación, su entorno, su tranquilidad, las puestas de sol. No estoy de acuerdo con los que dicen que está mal comunicada, pues en El Hierro todo está cerca. Si estás enganchado al móvil tienes un problema (o no, que así te ayuda a desconectar) porque la cobertura llega muy justita a la casa, y no hay WiFi. Ahora bien, si tienes problemas para convivir con perinquenes dentro de la casa; ratones de campo, lagartos, conejos y demás fauna de la zona en el exterior (y teniendo cuidado de que no entren), esta no es tu casa. Y no es lo peor, porque si vas en época de cría de pardelas, están en plena actividad por la noche y emiten un sonido muy molesto que no te dejará descansar. La chica que gestiona la casa es amable y detallista.

Vacaciones tranquilas

La vivienda en general esta bien, tiene unas vistas idilicas y una gran tranquilidad, como contras el acceso es un poco dificil y esta muy alejada de casi todo. Quizas la ropa de cama estaba un poco descuidada, y el mantenimiento de los muebles exteriores un poco deteriorado. Pero en general con esos matices la estancia muy buena.

Fuyez!!

La maison est située dans un cadre très sympathique avec sa terrasse sur l’Atlantique. Mais au bout de quelques jours, nous nous sommes aperçus que nous étions envahis par Les souris... Pas une souris mais des dizaines!!! Malgré le ménage fait quotidiennement (avec désinfection), cela ne suffisait pas... Nous avons décidé d’acheter du produit (graines raticides) mais cela n’a pas fonctionné... Car nous continuions à trouver des déjections sur les matelas, le plan de travail de la cuisine... et le pire, ça a été de les voir nous passer entre les jambes, de nous réveiller la nuit... Nous avons prévenu la propriétaire qui était assez surprise. Mais après avoir relu les commentaires de l’annonce, il y en avait un de touristes allemands qui signalait le problème depuis le mois de janvier!!!! Mais ne parlant pas l’allemand, je suis passé à côté... La propriétaire minimisait le problème en parlant que d’une souris. Nous lui avons dit que des touristes allemands lui avait déjà signalé le problème et qu’elle n’avait rien fait pour rendre son logement salubre.., Elle a voulu nous chercher un autre logement pour la dernière nuit... Épuisés, nous avons refusé .Et pour terminer, en partant le dernier jour, nous avons vu le trou à l'entrée de la maison par lequel les souris rentrées...

Muy agradable para los que buscamos tranquilidad. Las vistas al mar son maravillosas y la casa esta perfectamente integrada en el entorno. La casa esta bien equipada.

Tolle Lage mit nächtlicher Premiumunterhaltung

Alles richtig, was andere vor uns lobten: Lage, Vollständigkeit der Ausstattung. Aber: Billigmatratze, Sprungfeder lässt grüßen, 2. Schlafzimmer mit Klappbetten, abgewohntes Sofa, Terrassenstühle krumm und schief, kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen, und Mäuse, Mäuse, Mäuse, und dazwischen zur Abwechslung eine Schabe. Da die Eingangstüre ein Mauseloch hat, können die Tierchen ungehindert rein und raus. 2 Mäuse endeten in der mit Kartoffelchips beköderten Mausefalle, eine dritte nervte 2 Nächte mit heftigem Gequieke und Geklapper. Plötzlich war Ruhe. Vielleicht hat sie der Gecko erwischt. Die Fewo hat daher noch ziemlich Potenzial nach oben. Die Vermieterin ließ uns mit diesen Zuständen allein.

Maravillosa!!

La casa no puede ser más ideal!!! Las vistas son maravillosas y la tranquilidad y paz inigualables!! La casa está muy bien situada, muy cerca de todo. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutarla!! El acceso es sencillo. Muy recomendable para disfrutar de la maravillosa isla del Hierro. Volveremos.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns unheimlich gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage mit Blick über den Ozean. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause....

Es todo como tal y como aparece en las fotos, amplio, limpio y muy cómodo. Las vistas son preciosas y la terraza maravillosa. La tranquilidad es total y el acceso sencillo. Aunque es necesario disponer de coche, está bien comunicada y cerca de Valverde, el puerto y el aeropuerto, con una buena ubicación para visitar toda la isla. La cocina está muy bien surtida de menaje, aunque no tiene ni horno, ni lavavajillas. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega sería que el agua de la ducha tiene poca presión y, al menos en invierno, resulta un poco insuficiente, pero el resto lo compensa. Muy recomendable.

Acceso problemático

Excelente vivienda, bonita, y bien cuidada, con unas vistas al mar impresionantes, bien equipada. Si deseas aislamiento absoluto esta podria ser tu elección ya que no hay viviendas ni nada alrededor. Una cuestión importante a tener en cuenta es el acceso, solo recomendable si teneis un todoterreno ya que se realiza por una pista que en su comienzo está cementada pero después es complicada para turismos.

Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung sehr liebevoll aufgemacht. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden, die Wohnung ist gut bestückt mit Küchengeräten etc, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche. Es funktioniert alles ganz gut, die direkte Lage zum Meer war hervorragend und sehr sonnig. Einziges Problem war die Strasse oder als was man den Weg sonst bezeichnet.

Lo mejor de la casa, sin mencionar que es increible, rústica, tranquila, acojedora, es que está en un lugar magico donde apreciar el sonido del mar rompiendo en los acantilados y los atardeceres son el pan de cada día. Sin duda un lugar donde repetir por incontables veces.
