Everything perfect: Room comfortable, clean and everything works!!! The breakfast was amazing and the service spectacular. The price per night was a high, but it’s Vancouver not Detroit. The Hotel is located four blocks from the Skyline Train. You don’t need to rent a car or use Uber to move around. Superb, overall A+, This might be trivial for you, but we didn’t see any insects in the room & we did payed attention to that. :-)

This property is dated but clean. It was undergoing renovations, but was not too loud. It is an old 2-storey 70's Motel layout where you enter from outside. Hotel was a short walk to the Skytrain station, so it was easy to get around the lower mainland area. Had a small inconvenience with a hockey team also staying there and making noise - had to call Front desk to remedy, but other than that all good

Wonderful service and staff and super clean!

This hotel is definitely one of the lesser expensive alternatives in the Vancouver area. The rooms are not a suite at the Hilton, so set your expectations appropriately. But I will say, the staff/service was top notch! The room was as clean as you could make it, and the grounds were actually quite lovely. When I was there they were planting all new flowers and shrubs. Nice touch. The neighbourhood is not great, but I guess it's convenient for most people. And did I mention it is close to half the price of other hotels in the area...

The online pictures make this hotel look nicer than it actually is. It’s very basic and outdated. Many of the exterior doors need at least a paint job or something to make them look decent. Our room in particular was not cleaned very well. There was dust on the TV dresser and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, and our tub was clogged with lots of gross hair and the water did not drain properly. The girl at check-in was not all that friendly. We arrived at night so not sure if she was tired and not in the best mood. Breakfast was meh, but enough to get you going in the morning. The carpet in this area looked dirty all over. Breakfast staff also not the friendliest. But we found that overall the Asian culture in Vancouver is not friendly, tend to be rude and not good with customer service. We’re used to the good Southern hospitality. We were also charged $10 for parking which was odd because we have never been charged for parking at any Best Western anywhere else, especially for one like this one in not the best condition.

This place is still undergoing renovation. Called ahead for a cot and was told when I got there they don't offer them anymore. After complaining they said they might have one in storage. When they delivered it to the room the mattress was practically non-existent in the middle from being folded up for so long. One night electricity was turned off for repairs from 11pm to 6am. So no air conditioning in middle of June. Even though parking was on their property, they charged $10/night parking. None of this was listed in the details of the property.
