Great room and clean comfortable bed. Great shower and kitchenette. Daily room service which was top notch. The front desk people, the cleaning staff, the bell men, were so kind and professional. We had a lovely breakfast and the waitress was so nice. I would absolutely stay there again. Also the cafe and staff were great. Thank you for a great stay.

Impeccable stay. The restaurant is surprisingly fantastic—I had dinner there twice (once dining in, once via room service) and both meals were outstanding. Drinks were also much better than expected. The hotel staff, including the restaurant team, were super friendly. Maybe it’s the Canadian niceties, but it felt really warm and welcoming. All VIP perks were provided, which made the stay even more enjoyable and charming. Great location, great facility. The pool, steam room, and sauna were awesome and in great condition. The gym, though, could use a bit of TLC—missing several dumbbells and some equipment needs repairs. You can still get a solid workout, but once everything’s fixed, it’ll be a genuinely impressive gym. Overall, this might be my new go-to spot when I’m in Vancouver.

This hotel was very good. I had a lovely room with separate lounge and full kichen. I ate twice in the restaurant which was very good. I also used the coffee shop several times which was also very good. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. Not just front of house and restaurant staff, but evertone. The house keeper on my floor and maintenance folk i met in the elevator, all were friendly and pleasant.
