We were checked into a dirty room, not the end of the world, front desk manager didn’t seem to care at all, no apologies offered or discount applied, almost laughed about it, yikes, rooms pretty tired and very outdated, but clean. Hudson’s bar and grill, mediocre at best, medium burger and steak well well done, leather almost, bar tender is amazing and so are the drinks she served up to make me forget about my boot strap beef jerky of a steak.

Overall the stay was lovely and the customer service was outstanding. Hats off to the restaurant and front desk staff. Very friendly. There were some minor issues like, walls in room needed touch up paint, light over shower was burnt out, BR sink drain was nearly plugged (drained slowly) and Ice Machine on 4th floor was out of order. Minor issues but need a little more attention to detail. That said, I would stay there again.

I’m a local, but came here for a weekend stay with my daughter to relax and reset. We had a great girls’ weekend—she enjoyed the pool, and I got a bit of work done thanks to a comfortable desk area. We also had a really nice dinner together. This is one of my favorite spots, and we’ve decided to make it a regular getaway a few times a year. The whole experience was peaceful and clean, with excellent service. The sound of birds chirping in the hallways was an unexpected, calming touch that made the stay even better.
