Room was great, staff was friendly, there is a free hot breakfast bar and the location is across the street from the Metro town Skytrain station. There is free parking for hotel guests, I left my car there the whole weekend and used the Skytrain for getting around town.

Rooms were clean. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Excellent service. I personally never went to the breakfasts so I cant review it. Metrotown was right beside the hotel. Close to transit.

The room was spectacular. We absolutely love this property and can not wait to come back! Concierge was very polite and had plenty of recommendations on what to do for the New Year’s and what’s around town. The location is awesome. You have Starbucks and Tim Hortons right downstairs along with the mall and Walmart. A big plus for us is you do not hear Housekeeping and slamming doors during checkout hours!

The room was immaculate when we arrived, and the staff were great. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious...to be honest I can't glow about it enough. Spent Christmas here with my partner and it was fantastic, would recommend very much. We will be back for sure!

Underground parking with a clearly visible green line to follow from the car to the hotel lobby.The room was spotless and the personalized welcome and greeting on the tv in the room was a nice touch. Staff were beyond courteous. I wasn't planning on staying overnight in Vancouver, so I really appreciated the complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste.

A big THANK YOU to the house keeping and lost and found team! We left a pair of prescription glasses in the room (probably on the bed). We left a message to house keeping. They called back promptly, searched the room, couldn’t find them but promised to keep an eye out in case they went into the laundry. A day later, they called back to tell us they found them! They will be shipping them to us. Thank you so much for your professionalism and patience!
