The room was super cool - great location. However the focal point is the shower and it is one of the worst most uncomfortable showers I have ever used. We also got a call when getting intimate with one another quietly saying we need to quiet down otherwise they will kick us out. I’ve never once in my life gotten a noise complaint - and the staff member alerting us was very rude. If we were being so loud why did they call us when we’ve settled into bed and we’re being quiet? Why didn’t someone knock on our door or alert us we were being loud when we were actually making noise. This made us very uncomfortable. We love the hotel and most of the staff but this experience has caused us to not want to stay here again. We were told we can’t even use the ice machine after 10pm. Why am I paying all this money to stay in a place if we can’t use the ice machine after 10? Even the pool and hot tub was open until 11? Anyways - other than the one staff member at night and the shower it was a great place.
