The front desk was amazing and was always available if needed. Bed was very comfortable! TV options for what you wanted to watch was great! Loved the separation of sleeping area with couch and kitchen(there’s 2 rooms). Needless to say amazing place to stay!

Not up to par for an accessible room.

We stayed in an accessible room number 225. It did not have a handrail next to the toilet. The shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel were on the opposite side of the showerhead, making it difficult for a handicap person to reach. There were no stands to put our suitcases on. We moved the chairs from the kitchen table to put next to the bed and for personal items in the bathroom. The phone did not work. We stayed in room 115 last year and it was great. There was extra furniture for our belongings. There was a rolling cart in the bathroom, which was fantastic.

It was very cute, the staff were very nice, good breakfast selection, and you really do feel like you're in your own little apartment which I liked. The one thing I didn't like was how you could hear people closing their doors and talking from rooms above and to the side of you. I don't know how you fix that but the walls are very thin. So if you're a light sleeper, probs not the place for you.

My entire stay was perfect. The staff was wonderful and the entire hotel was spotless. There was plenty of parking close to all the access doors and the entire property felt safe and secure and was situated in what appears to be a nice neighborhood. Very accessible to freeways. Only question, does the pool really have to be called "The Dip"?

From the moment we entered the building to the exit 2 days later our stay was perfection. The nicest staff, the best breakfast, an incredible suite.... I'm ever hopeful to have repeat stays at this excellent hotel again and again. We couldn't have been more pleased. The hospitality from the front desk was second to month. This hotel is a gem.
