Basement Level (Non-Guest Area): The basement level is a completely separate space that is not part of the short-term rental unit. It has no internal connection to the guest rental area and is not accessible to guests.

This arrangement ensures that guests enjoy a private, comfortable, and well-defined living space throughout their time at the property.
