The modern, 63m² apartment is located on the southern shore of Lake Wörthersee, only a 10-15 minute walk from the center of Velden where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and the Casino Velden. Enjoy the azure blue water of the lake and the view of the Gerlitzen ski area. The apartment is divided into a living-dining room (with lake view) with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dining table with 5 chairs, flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom,
1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 toilet, anteroom with box. In the living area there is a double folding bed that can be hidden in a few simple steps a day. 40m ² terrace with lake view and garden furniture.
Free Wörthersee Plus Card (various Discounts).
On request: home delivery of fresh bread, pastries and pastries (Mon-Sat, except public holidays from May to September).
Wine, Nespresso coffee capsules, muesli, honey and homemade jams are available for a fee.
