The 1876 house is therefore located in La Cassine; Site steeped in history, on the banks of the Canal des Ardennes and the Voie Verte. Barely 20 houses make up this village and its Couvent des Cordeliers, listed as a Historic Monument since 1930, preserves its character. The house enjoys an exceptional location, located between the convent and the ruins of the castle of Louis de Gonzague built in 1571.
The small hamlet of La Cassine is also known for its unique show in Europe where spectators go back in time installed in a mobile stand of 1,650 seats moving over more than 300 meters.
