Opposite Mestre train station so very quick and easy to get into Venice and for airport buses and onward travel elsewhere. Have stayed here before and would do so again.

On nous a surclassé gratuitement. La chambre était joliment décorée et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. Nous avons apprécié le fait que l’hôtel est presqu’en face de la gare de train ce qui facilite grandement l’accès à Venise.

Deluxe room was excellent. Clean and good size. Excellent for Gluten Free breakfast. Staff very helpful sorting a transfer for us. Location - very close to Mestre train station. 100m. Slightly noisy as our room was above a coffee shop at the front but didn’t cause any problems. Would stay again!

They should explain to the customer all the " Hidden Fees" They should have a written ecplanation about those extra charges for the foreigners visiting Venice. When i was checking out they charged me €18.00 whic is $ 21.84 and i asked her what is that , and she said Its for visitors visiting Venice. And then when i came home i checked my anex i have another $45.48 charges from Best Western Tritone and i had virtual chat with expedia telling me the same thing for visitirs visiting Venice. The expedia should tell their customes before visiting any country in Europe if there any extra charges for the hotel besides expedia's charges. I am very disappointed on your service

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is excellent—right across from the train station, and there’s a bus stop nearby that takes you straight to Venice, which is very convenient. When I first arrived, I was given room 119, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The front desk controls the A/C from the lobby, and even though the staff member kept trying to adjust it, the room remained uncomfortably warm. To his credit, he was very kind and accommodating, and he offered me another room on the 7th floor where the A/C worked perfectly. The rooms themselves are quite small. We had two large suitcases and two carry-ons, and it was hard to move around in room 119. The room on the 7th floor was slightly larger—not a huge difference—but it did have a very spacious patio, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the location and service were great, but the room size and A/C setup could be improved.

Great Location at Train/Bus station with excellent connections into Venice city & beyond. Not the place if travelling by car though - No car park (Public one (chargeable) down the road) Not even a pull in “lay-by” to load/unload car. Nice spacious room - with fridge & tea/coffee making facilities. Good breakfast - ample choice & nice staff, but no other meals offered/No bar, but wide choice of cafe style/take-aways in close vicinity to the train/bus stations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom very modern and whole place was very clean. Great shower water pressure, too! Appreciated the courtesy welcome drinks and snacks, and the fact that they held our bags prior to check-in. Location is the best, being right across from the bus and train station. There is a mini-market 1/2 block away. Only two small complaints: flat pillows and no washcloths. We had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Glad we had 4 pillows to makeup for their flatness, though. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
