Location was good. Spacious area. Washer is functional. Bathroom overflows. Have to wait for about 5 mins before next person showers. Not that clean but it will do. Some smell on the sheets. Responsive communication.

It’s nice to have an apartment in Venice so you can, for example, have a little breakfast on your own before setting out for the day. It has kind of a odd room setup but ultimately it was a fine place to stay. They do need to provide a cutting board—we couldn’t find one anywhere.

Great apartment in great location

Great modern, fully renovated apartment in a superb location near bars, restaurants, shop, and importantly key travel hubs like the bus and train station, vaporetto and alilaguna stops. Nice outdoor area/patio, great integrated AC, cafes and supermarket 2 and 5 mins walk respectively. Would definately stay again.

A really lovely apartment not a hotel

Modern, clean well thought through has everything you need in a quiet area v close to the centre of the city. Café at the end of the street a canal round the corner what else do you need? Perfect! Comfy beds too!

C'est un superbe appartement bien situé pour venir à pied de la gare routière, une belle expérience à un tarif raisonnable, le gérant est très sympathique et parle Français.
