Прекрасный гостевой дом после недавнего стильного обновления, вдохновлённого атмосферой Венеции. Хозяин — невероятно приятный, деликатный и гостеприимный человек, создающий ощущение домашнего уюта с первых минут пребывания. В доме всего четыре номера, и каждый оформлен в уникальном, тщательно продуманном стиле. Наш номер оказался не только красивым, но и идеально оснащённым — продумана каждая деталь. Расположение превосходное, а сама обстановка в доме радует чистотой, свежестью и тонким, приятным ароматом. Здесь действительно чувствуешь, что о гостях заботятся. К хозяину всегда можно обратиться с любым вопросом или просьбой — он реагирует быстро, внимательно и с искренним желанием помочь.

Host Alessandro was very welcoming , the room was super clean and well stocked with all you could need for a stay drinks in the fridge , excellent toiletries, great shower really couldn’t want for anything TV with free access to Netflix Prime etc .We are away a lot and this is certainly one of best rooms we have stayed in modern while maintaining the historical integrity of the building . Thank you Alessandro.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Venice – Ca Patron Delivers Comfort and Character From the moment we arrived at Ca Patron, we knew we’d found something special. Nestled in a classic Venetian building that whispers history from the outside, the interiors tell a different story—modern, thoughtfully renovated, and refreshingly comfortable. Our room was a haven after long days of exploring: equipped with both A/C and a fan. The towel warmer in the washroom was a luxurious touch we didn’t expect but thoroughly appreciated. And the small bottle of welcome wine waiting for us? A lovely gesture that set the tone for a warm, personalized experience. Alessandro, the host, was exceptional—responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay smooth. Newly updated room in the heart of Venice. Hundreds of dining options within walking distance. Look for the hidden gems! Room was extremely clean and had the most comfortable bed I’ve had in Italy so far. It’s not a hotel but Alessandro makes it feel very homey.

We stayed for 2 nights prior to our cruise from Trieste. The host was very polite and friendly. He accommodated us even though we arrived over an hour before checking. He also helped with booking our train from Venice to Trieste. Our room at the guest house was impeccably clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

Alejandro fue muy servicial y atento desde antes de llegar a su hospedaje. La habitación es impecablemente limpia, organizada y muy bonita. El host tuvo cortesía con nosotros dejándonos, café, bebidas y galletas. El alojamiento está completamente equipado con suficientes toallas, almohadas, sabanas, productos de aseo y secador de pelo. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated. It was close to everything. The owners were very accommodating. You could tell they took pride and took great care of their Airbnb. I would definitely return.
