Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor by step access only, but the male check in staff carried our large bags upstairs, which was great! Great location from train station.

This hotel was alright . It didn’t offer much. Only sheets. They had blankets on the top to grab in a plastic bag but it was kinda of smelly. I have to say it was great area though . Close to everything . But not a place I would stay again

It was easy access to the main street that takes you around Venice. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Negative things were no elevator. Steep stairs. Small room. Great service from the staff.

Fantastic location, lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast room but was lovely to have your breakfast pre ordered and delivered to your room at the time you choose.

The hotel was in a great location, far enough away from the big sites that crowds were not huge. The shower would be great for a person the size of a skinny jockey, unfortunately I'm not, so unusable for me.

Nice hotel close to the St. Lucia station and the Rialto Bridge. Room was very clean and had a nice view of the canals. Only drawback was the shower was very small, but it did have great water pressure. Bed was very comfortable and the room had good AC.

The check-in process went smoothly. They were very helpful with giving you directions and food options around Venice. Here the following issues we had: 1. There was no remote provided for the air conditioning in your room, and you were unable to open your window, because of mosquitoes because the windows had no screens. 2. When we arrived, they had thunderstorms and one windows in our room was leaking all night. 3. Both bath towels in the bathroom were dirty/stained. 4. The lobby staff only works 8 AM to 8 PM and anything after that you’ll have to wait until the next day for assistance, which was very inconvenient.
