Perfect hotel

I had accidentally booked my Hotel for the wrong month and was able to get this hotel. We were worried it wouldn’t be to our expectations but this Hotel was fantastic. The pool was perfect for soaking in after a long day. The location was very good. The staff were 5 star. We were in a large suite which was very spacious and most importantly the AC was perfect. (A must have for Venice in the summer)

We booked online and were hopeful. This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at, and we travel a lot! Everything was top-shelf...the service, the sumptious room, the cappucino machine. The outsode spaces are as lovely as those inside. We will most definitely return.

Outstanding property—architectural gem that’s been updated beautifully. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The area is a bit North of St.Mark’s square, but that was a plus for walking and being away from crowds.

Location was great, a 5 minute walk from the water taxi stop Ca' A' Doro (spelling???). Grocery, restaurant, cafe, drinks all close by! We had a problem with the AC and hairdryer, both issues were immediately rectified by the hotel, very grateful!

Short trip to Venice as we hopped over Italy. This was easily the best hotel. Staff was very nice and cooperative . Hotel is unique,its old charm but with modern amenities . Our family room was quite spacious. Quite but near activities . This is one hotel we can visit again when in Venice

We were not informed that our accommodation had nothing to do with the hotel. The accommodation is totally separate and down the street. We booked this hotel as it has a hot tub/jacuzie which was closed. It’s advertised as open in April and this was a huge part of us booking it! The bed was so cheap and uncomfortable we ached all day. Very disappointed. The room was extremely noisy between 23:00-0230 because it is above a store room and below a very noisy room. No service available to the room and extremely small trash bin so trash built up. False advertisement for this accommodation as it has nothing to do with the hotel. Great location but overall very disappointing. It was basically a very cheap Air B&B and not the lovely hotel stay that we thought we had booked.

This was the best old world hotel I have stayed at! Just enough modern conveniences to make our stay utterly comfortable. The staff was friendly and always helpful, any time (day or night). Location was fantastic. Enough distance to be restful and close enough to everything to be very walkable. They even provided breakfast snacks to go for our early morning flight!
