Good quiet location

Great location in quiet waterside area.Very good value. A couple of problems- the trip switch for the electricity went 3 times. The first time was on Friday night when we couldn't get hold of anyone but we managed to find the switch and reset it ourselves. Also the dishwasher didn't work. These things being said it was a great location- so easy to get to by boat from the airport and fabulous being self catering.

Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung.Allerdings hat mir nicht gefallen das das Eisfach des Kühlschranks fast zugefroren war und keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist. Ferner fand ich es schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden, da würde eine bessere Beschreibung schon helfen, außerdem wäre es besser zu verdeutlichen das man vor der Abreise ein Code für den Schlüssel benötigtund diesen Schlüsselkasten auch beschreibt, wie er funktioniert. Wir haben ca. 1/4 Stunde gebraucht um das Problem zu lösen.

Practische ligging, Venetië goed bereikbaar zowel te voet als mét vaporetto op wandelafstand. Rustige, doodlopende straat aan de kade; wel pompstation voor de deur en opslagvaten in de tuin. Dus zicht nihil. Goed bed en ruim en proper appartement. Weinig kookmateriaal, defecte vaatwas. Goede WIFI. Geen persoonlijke ontvangst, sleutel via kluisje naast de deur.

TRES CALME.

Service minimum mais gite bien placé .Tres calme .au pied des ferrys pour les iles ou le grand canal .La porte d entrée est a 4 metres de la mer .A l interieur du gite par contre aucune vue.
