Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

Cute hideaway close to major attractions

Very well-appointed studio with quirky decore. Close to the Doge Palace, lots of restaurants, and small shops. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed.

Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment is great and in the perfect location. Quiet area, but with a lot of shops and restaurants very nearby. Central location made getting around very easy, with plenty of waterbus stops nearby for additional travel options. Francesca was very communicative, and gave clear instructions on reaching the apartment. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Francesca provided excellent information and was very responsive when we were arriving. Her place was just as the photos showed, close enough to all the main landmarks yet far enough away to have it quieter in the evening. She also provided fabulous restaurant and gelato locations for us to try. Would recommend for sure.

Wonderful location in Venice

A perfect bolt hole for one person. Francesca's instructions and suggestions were exemplary and check in an out very easy. A good cafe and many restaurants are nearby ...as well as all the sights. I was worried about being on the ground floor but it was completely quiet and safe. I would return.

Perfect location! I loved the location of this apartment; it is very close to the touristy areas and the water shuttle that runs to/from airport, but it only takes few minutes to reach all the sightseeing spots. Clean, easily assessable, and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Venice Experience

This property in the heart of Venice was an ideal location for visiting attractions, restaurants, and attending events. We felt very safe in this property. An added bonus is that the apartment is on the ground level. Although, it is in the heart of the activities etc. it was still very quiet during the night. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend this apartment to any or to the area. The property manager, Francesca was wonderful to deal with, before and during out visit to Venice.

Amazing apartment….

In the central Venice , just few steps away for all attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, water taxi and all you need to have perfect vacation in this unique city. Hostess is absolutely amazing, she can be reached in minutes if you need to contact her. Next time I will be back to the same apartment. There is no need to look any further.
