Loved the location and the staff. It was so convenient to the vaporetto stop. We loved it. The only complaint was that the property is old and needs some upkeep (some base boards are loose and there are a couple of cigarette burns on the wallpaper) but overall we were happy with the property.

Great location

The rooms are comfortable, the included breakfast was nice. But by far, the best part of this hotel is its location. Our water taxi was able to drop us right off at the hotel's pier, so we didn't have to haul our luggage through the winding cobblestone streets of Venice. And it's very close to the Rialto Bridge as well as other great sights.

Lovely Hotel right on the Grand Canal. Get a room with the canal view, its worth it to get to watch the boats. Delicious breakfast in the garden each day.
