Clean room, efficient and fast check in - amazing staff. Great location within a few minute walk of train station - and zero issue with hauling bags along street (no need for porter). Highly recommend due to staff, cleanliness and location.

We did a Euro trip and this was the very best and smart located hotel we stayed. Venice don’t have cars, so staying in a hotel close to train and bus station prevents you from dragging your luggage up and down dozens of stairs and bridges. Very clean, organized, room was perfect and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best Breakfast Ever. Truly . . .a great selection and all was fresh. As for the rooms, they were clean and modern. The bed was great (firm). And the location of the hotel can't be beat . . .near the train station and major vaporetto dock on a super quiet street. I will certainly stay at this hotel then next time I am in Venice!.
