Location was exactly what we wanted. Internet and tv were spotty and a bummer because of so many connection issues- hard to watch a show or be on the internet. Bed was squeaky and not great. Had to search for staff to ask staff to refill cream for coffee in the morning.

The view/location right on the water was awesome. Dinner at the Shoal restaurant we could not stop raving about. The staff was very pleasant, but unfortunately, the rest was ok at best. The bed was very hard and the shower was subpar with barely any water pressure for washing my long hair. The floor in the bathroom was slopped, felt like I was drunk walking on it. And breakfast was nothing special. We only stayed one night and the location on the water made up for any shortcoming.

Absolutely stunning location and great prices for sunrise or sunset. Friendly staff. Even step out onto the beach on a low tide afternoons or walk on sidewalk north side along hwy 101 to access beach too. Breakfast needs better choices.

PROS: The views & customer service. CONS: The walls are thin, you’ll hear everything. The occupants above us were walking around all night & early morning & kept us up. Literally, no rest. The only relaxing time is sitting on the pool loungers with ocean views. The shower water pressure is very low. The shower handle was broken.
