I was charged a $100 deposit at check in. We left early the next morning so we used the black box outside of the office to drop our key off. We’re hopeful the deposit will be credited back. We left with no assurances of this happening, fingers crossed.

The room seemed newly refurbished, lovely, and clean. We slept fine, but my husband was not as comfortable on the mattress as I. We would come back again.

Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and small fridge. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect to get to everything in Ventura and Channel Islands National Park.
