Nobody spoke English. You have visitors from all over the world. But yet you only have Spanish people working in this hotel It needs to be more diverse. The upkeep is horrible. Everything is old and dingy

The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.
