There were two spots of dog pee on the bathroom wall, the fan in the bathroom was very loud, the water flow from the shower head was very and there was garbage in the area that they request dogs go to; it was there for 48 hours during my stay. I discussed all of these issues with the staff. They seemed nice and were able to somewhat fix the shower flow and clean the pee off the bathroom wall. No real change was made to the bathroom fan so bathroom door had to be shut to limit the noise. When I went to use the washing machine it was broken. I tried putting in money twice and it did not work. The staff tried and it still would not work. They gave me back my money but never did put 'not working' sign on the washer to warn the next clients. I was however not happy about the designaed outdoor dog area. I'm a very clean owner that cares about her dog's safety and the outdoor area had garbage thrown about it. The garbage was there the entire 3 days so obviously no one cleans it Upon complaining, I was given a credit of $30 for my own dog charges.I was told front desk staff would speak to management about a credit for the second night $30 and call me back. Despite my two phone calls and an email, management from this company has not called me back. I have waited five days. I was not going to write this review if they would have contacted me back and acted like they cared. They obviously do not. I will not be going back, I suggest you and your pet don't either.

Staff was very arrogant & made my children cry, mold around the shower, mold around bathroom sink. There was no mention that the hotel would be charging the total cost quoted plus more only that a credit card was needed to book the room. We offered to pay everything upfront and they refused and said we could not stay there then and we would be charged for one night anyways without staying there which caused my kids to starting crying and be traumatized from it. We tried to talk to someone the next day and they were even more confrontational and rude and arrogant. Would not recommend staying there

Large family stay in August 2025

place was clean and central to everything that we needed to get to. Worked well for our large family with lots of kids. Fridge was just a mini fridge. Safeway is walking distance across the street. Upstairs bed was weird where my wife and I had to sleep separate on the edge otherwise we would sink in the middle a bit, nothing crazy but enough for us to comment that it was uncomfortable. Pool was nice for the kids.

Room has huge! Kids and us had tons of room. With the loft room we had privacy which is not easy in a hotel room. Kids loved the pool. Beds were super comfortable. Great stay
