Staff were excellent and super friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Downside we were on the main floor by a side door which was pretty noisy and traffic tended to be noisy as the hotel is right off the main road. Besides that it we had a great stay.

Room was clean, they put us away from the noise which totally appreciated. Personally, felt the breakfast bar was one of the nicest set ups and options we have seen. Grounds were maintained, all staff was super friendly. Manager helped when I dropped a cupcake upside down on the floor 🙏 Oh also love the ice machine next to a water filtering system, those should be in every hotel. When I booked, what I believed was a pet room was not, so they accommodated quickly and ensured I did have a pet room. The closet in the room did have a smell, other than that, nice stay.

A great standard hotel right on highway 97 through Vernon. Its a great locayion for easy access to sites in Vernon but also to go in and out of town. The hotel is older but is clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast had everything youd expect of a continental breakfast.
