Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the room was a bit smaller than a lot of other hotels we’ve stayed at but if you need a place to stay in Vernon this is a good hotel to stay at

We got in at 7 and the staff in charge were not out but sitting in the back. Once he came out he stared at me where as most people ask what can I help you with he just stared until I said I'd like to check in. Our power went out in our room and when I went to find him I sat there for 10 minutes and pressed the button to ring him and he ended up being outside. People were sitting out in the hall drinking and we had to constantly ask them to move because they were sitting on the stairs. Will not stay here again.
